Eva Salina, Willa Roberts and Maria Sonevytsky first sang together in Ensemble Hilka as part of The Chornobyl Songs Project. Hilka was coached by Yevhen Yefremov from Kyiv, Ukraine – the founder of the influential village style vocal group Drevo.
